4. Before & After Photography and Media Rights
Digital photographs and video may be taken during service for vehicle intake records and our promotional portfolio. Vehicle license plates, VINs, and identifying neighborhood markers are strictly obscured or blurred before any public display. Customers who prefer their vehicle not be featured may opt out prior to service by notifying us.
5. Payment Information & Financial Security
Credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors (such as Stripe). Highlight Detail LLC never stores full payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on local systems.
